A statement tree for spacious interiors
The 10 ft Kateson Fir Artificial Christmas Tree is designed for spacious living areas, entrance halls, reception areas, showrooms and other large indoor display spaces. Its traditional conical shape and floor-sweeping lower branches create an imposing festive centrepiece.
The tree has a stated height of 310 cm and measures approximately 188 cm across at its widest point. Before ordering, carefully check your ceiling height and available floor space. Remember to allow additional clearance above the tree if you plan to add a tree topper.
Full two-style PVC foliage
The tree features 2,436 green PVC tips in two different styles, arranged across 14 foliage layers. The combination of tip styles adds variation and depth to the foliage, while the broad lower branches help create a full silhouette extending towards the floor.
The Kateson Fir is supplied unlit and undecorated, providing plenty of space for your preferred lights, baubles, ribbons and hanging decorations.
Hinged branch construction
The hinged branches remain attached to the centre pole, avoiding the need to connect every branch individually. During assembly, the branches lower into position before the individual tips are separated and shaped.
Because this is a particularly large tree, we recommend that two adults assemble and position it. Place the included metal stand on a level indoor surface, securely connect the tree sections and allow the hinged branches to lower into place.
Shaping your Kateson Fir
For the best appearance, begin with the lowest branches and work upwards. Carefully separate and position the individual tips, paying particular attention to the spaces between the tree’s 14 foliage layers.
With 2,436 tips to shape, the initial assembly will take some time. Careful shaping will help distribute the foliage evenly and create the full appearance shown in the product imagery.
